Beautiful, clean room suite for a good price. Will be recommending more family to stay there.

Great staff, clean room. Could use an upgrade, but they take care of what they have. Breakfast area was nice and clean too.

Best Western had a history that was not always great but Mr. Patel has changed the atmosphere and really made the hotel welcoming and comfortable. We had booked 10 rooms at a super great rate and there were minor complaints that was corrected immediately. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Have stayed here many times in the past when we come up to Greenville from Columbia for a weekend getaway. Glad to see the hotel is still fairly well maintained, unlike some others in the area. Only "issue" we had was a slight smell of weed when we stepped off the elevator going to the room for the first time. Luckily, the staff minimized it because we didn't encounter it a few hours later after returning from dinner. Why pot-heads think it's ok to partake in illegal substances in a hotel is a mystery. Wish hotels would start booting the pot smokers out, can't be too hard to narrow down where it's coming from. Anyway, enjoyed the stay otherwise. Our room was at the back and we enjoyed the view of the wooded area behind the hotel. Better than looking at a parking lot.

As soon as I walked to the front desk two wonderful ladies approached to me and welcome me Jane she help me and Erika both made me feel like home they look very professional and they know what to do very impressed made me feel like family like iam at home ground clean elevator clean room clean laundry room clean both had the name tags please keep them more time in the hotel they are a keeper thank you for everything you do

Had a great one night stay. We spent the night as we were having an operation at the local hospital early the next morning. Only 9 minutes from Greenville Memorial Hospital. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very nice and clean, the stay was relatively inexpensive. Also, a good bonus was the shower had very good water pressure which can sometimes be an issue at hotels. Overall a great experience!

UPDATE: March 2025 We've stayed here before and we've always enjoyed our stay BUT WE HAD A BIG PROBLEM ON OUR MOST RECENT STAY. Checking in on Monday March 4, 2025, the woman at the front desk was THE problem. -brusque check-in (no "thank you for being a diamond-member, no bottle of water, nothing) -our 4th floor room, upon entry, had both smoke detectors beeping (low battery). We went back to the desk to ask to have this taken care of. -She told us "just take the batteries out, take them off the wall". We said we are not comfortable doing that, do you have anyone who can come and look at them? She said no. She gave 1 spare battery but said that we had to install the battery (both units were at least 7 feet off the ground). -I had to climb on an end table to take out one battery and change another. -The beeping continued. Turns out the CO2 detector (hidden behind the TV unit) was also beeping. It had a manufacture date of 2014 (CO2's should be changed every 6-10 years). We went back to the front desk with the unit and asked for a replacement. There aren't any. -Went back to the room (almost a suite, it had 2 TVs) and went to turn on tv. No remote. The other TV had a remote but it wouldn't work on this TV. Went back to the desk. "No, I don't have a remote for you. No I can't send anyone up" -Went back to the room, thought I'd make a cup of coffee and check my emails. 6 keurig pods next to the maker...1 regular coffee (the rest tea/decaf). Went back to the desk to get some coffee. -Toilet paper had no holder. Just sitting on counter. -Tried to log onto the hotel wifi. There was between 1 bar and zero bars of wifi. Tried to run an internet speed check and it came up with "a speed check cannot be completed due to a problem with the network". (Later I was able to get 1.90 mbps download, 0.56 mbps upload...which I'm sure you know, is barely a connection) So no wifi in our room. -Was woken up before 05:00am by the man at the front desk who was concerned for our safety. He said he'd just found out that 4 rooms on the 4th floor had complained of Co2 detectors that were not working, that he had tried to phone each of the rooms and received no answer (until I answered). That the fire department had been called and we were asked to voluntarily evacuate the 4th floor. The fire department came, did a check of air quality and deemed it safe to return to the rooms. -Breakfast was excellent, the woman who was attending made sure that everything was clean and topped up, hot and ready. 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, bread products, hot and cold cereal and a fancy coffee machine. -PLEASE KNOW that the youngish man who was working the front desk on Tuesday Mar 5 early morning was doing his due diligence and I am not upset at him. That the woman in the breakfast area was great too. But the woman (no nametag) who was on the front desk the evening of Mon Mar 4 showed ABSOLUETLY no concern at ALL for the safety and well being of the guests and we may not return here because of her. Price after taxes Mar 4, 2025 was $140 UPDATE : March 2024 We have stayed at this location before so we returned on this trip. I have to say that a major downside to the location is the awfully busy traffic (highway 15) right in front which makes you feel like once you're in, do not leave the hotel. We liked the popcorn machine in the lobby which was available at check in and our check-in was friendly. A surprise was that we were offered bottles of water and pre-packaged crackers as a "bonus" for our membership level (almost no one does this) I really liked the work out room (note: you're missing a cotter pin on one of the leg press machines that's closest to the tv and the cable flies right off when you're working out) Clean rooms. Quiet sleep. Excellent breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, bread products, yogurt, hot/cold cereal, 3 kinds of fruit, fancy coffee maker, tea/hot chocolate/juice etc On a weekday in early March 2024, our room was about $120 after taxes

Absolutely love this place. Always have a great experience. Amazing staff. Rooms is on point. Great breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. She keeps up with a large crowd really good. ROOMS have been beautifully upgraded from carpet to wood floors, new bathrooms etc. Clean hotel throughout. Great experience! Highly recommended!
